Warranty Terms
|
Glen Discovery Ltd is an independent distributor of Ecoflow plc.
All refunds, warranties and guarantees have to be dealt with by
Glen Discovery Ltd. There is no commercial relationship between
the end customer and Ecoflow plc.
7 Day refund.
Any product can be returned unused and in its original packing to Glen Discovery
Ltd along with proof of purchase provided the customer returns the goods in good condition to Glen Discovery within 7 working days of receipt. A full refund
less a charge for p&p will be given within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.We will not reimburse the cost of returning the goods to Glen Discovery Ltd. A PDF copy of the UK Distance Selling Regulations may be downloaded by clicking on this sentence.

day - money back performance guarantee.
Motoflow fuel treatment & Thermoflow gas/oil boiler treatment along
with H2Flow Magnetic water treatment carry a 90 day money back guarantee.
If, at any time up to 90 days after the date of the purchase invoice, you are not satisfied with
your purchase we will fully refund the cost of that product to you upon
its return to us with its original packaging and proof of purchase. A charge for postage will be deducted. In the UK, the p&p charge will be £3 (which may have been extra or included in my price), or the actual carriage cost, if greater. For overseas post this will be the amount invoiced for carriage or the actual carriage cost, if greater.
Bioflow Magnotherapy; Bioguard and Biophone electro-pollution protection;
Vitaflow water treatment. These products on this
site carry a no-argument 90 day money back guarantee. If, at any point
up to 90 days after the date of the purchase invoice, you are not satisfied with your purchase
we will refund the cost of that product to you upon its return to us with
its original packaging and proof of purchase. In the case of these products
a charge of 15% of RRP** will be deducted. A charge for postage will also be deducted. In the UK, the p&p charge will be £3 (which may have been extra or included in my price), or the actual carriage cost, if greater. For overseas post this will be the amount invoiced for carriage or the actual carriage cost, if greater.
Consumable products and Incredisoles are not covered by this 90-day guarantee.

12 month faulty parts and workmanship guarantee.
Faulty parts and workmanship, subject to normal conditions
of use. For Bioflow Magnotherapy; Bioguard and Biophone electro-pollution
protection; Vitaflow and Vinaflow water and wine treatment: Any of these
can be returned to the distributor for examination by Ecoflow within 12
months of purchase with proof of purchase. If found to be faulty they
will be replaced free of charge and postage. If the customer wishes a
different product it can be exchanged subject to a 15% of RRP** discount. This warranty does NOT apply to consumable products..

Magnetic
Properties (all products)
If at any time, the customer feels that the power of the
magnets has lessened, they can be returned for testing. If Ecoflow agree
the product will be replaced free of charge and carriage.

Bioflow
customer loyalty scheme - not much time left.
Any Bioflow product can be replaced or upgraded. 50% of
the RRP will be allowed towards the price of a new
product. Exchanges are based on Ecoflow's normal recommended prices (RRP). This scheme will END on 30th November 2010.

Glen Discovery Ltd will fully comply with or exceed the provisions of the
Consumer Protection (distance Selling) Regulations 2000. A PDF version
of the regulations may be downloaded by clicking on the link provided.
The above terms may exceed the provisions of the regulations and are guaranteed
by Ecoflow plc in the countries defined elsewhere on this site as 'Open'.
Outside these countries, customers should consult Glen Discovery Ltd for
warranty provision. In any event, the gurantees set out here do not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
