Payments may be made by Mastercard, VISA credit or debit, Maestro, American Express and JCB.

All payments are made using the Protx secure server.

Prices are in Pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros.

You can purchase in US dollars and Euros as well as Sterling.

To change currency, visit the 'basket' page, then return to view prices in the selected currency.

Prices are shown with and without Value Added Tax (VAT).

For sales within the EU, VAT at 17.5% will be added.

For sales outside the EU, no VAT will be added. Ensure you select your country to determine VAT.

Charges for post and packing usually £3.00 inc VAT in the UK, £7 inc VAT in the EU, £10 to all other countries. At our discretion and for a limited period only, the UK postage is included in the price shown.

Shipments to the Channel Islands will exclude VAT and have a £5.96 post and packing charge

All shipments outside the UK include a charge for insurance and international signed-for delivery.

We undertake to ship worldwide, subject to checks.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please arrange this with me first. RRP applies and only sterling cheques are accepted. Please make your cheque out to Peter Lawrie.

All credit/debit card transactions are handled on the secure Protx site.

GlenDiscovery does not at any time obtain or store your credit card details.

Customer names and addresses will be recorded by us solely for accounting purposes.

We guarantee not to pass this information on to a third party.

Orders received by us before noon, will be shipped the same day, but in most cases shipment will be made the following day by the quickest possible means.

In the UK, an order received on Monday afternoon or evening should be delivered to the customer by Wednesday.

We undertake to ship to most destinations using the appropriate airmail service.

For most countries this should not take more than 5-6 working days.

List prices are the UK recommended prices including tax, which may differ from the prices offered by distributors in other 'Open' countries.

If the goods are not to your satisfaction they should be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund.

If used they will be subject to the 90-day warranty procedure

Bioflow products have an 85% warranty refund.

Thermoflow, Motoflow and H2Flow products have a 100% warranty refund

On occasion a message has been reported that shop 'cookies' have been corrupted. The basket will appear with values 'undefined'. This is a Microsoft browser problem.
